Find the problem behind the complaint.
Turn a small sample of public customer discussions into a checked problem shortlist, with an evidence table, research prompt and clear limits.

A thread full of complaints can feel like a ready-made business idea. Before you build around it, separate the repeated problem from the loudest voice.
Start with one question you could act on
Research customer frustrations by recording specific situations, preserving their sources and checking whether apparently similar comments describe the same problem. Begin with a question such as “What makes arranging a repair visit difficult?” rather than asking AI to find your next business idea.
Choose a bounded sample: a named source, a defined period and a clear inclusion rule. Include first-hand accounts about arranging a visit; exclude advertisements and discussions about unrelated products. Your result describes this sample. It does not establish what every customer wants.
Try this now: write the research question, one inclusion rule and one exclusion rule. Then record a single observation with its source URL and date. If you cannot explain why it belongs, tighten the question before collecting more.
